Please note: Houston Housing Authority is processing registration for this class. If you choose to cancel your purchase, you must notify HHA directly, and it will take a minimum of 30 days to issue a refund for the total price of the training course. Cancellation notices received after the 30-day requirement will be charged 50% of the class price.

In-person classes are eligible for CPE units:
METHOD: An online group-live seminar featuring PowerPoint, case studies, group discussion, course books, worksheets, and Q&A
LENGTH: Two days
AUDIENCE: ROSS coordinators, ROSS case managers, FSS coordinators, resident services coordinators, resident services managers, and supervisors of these staff
