Collection: SEMAP Self-Assessment
Purpose
NMA's one-day workshop for HCV staff covers the regulations specific to the Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP), including indicator descriptions, scoring, quality control, and verification methods. SEMAP Self-Assessment focuses on the ways in which managers and front-line staff can best prepare for SEMAP certification and improve program performance. The training offers tips on developing quality control and tracking systems and provides suggestions for integrating these systems into daily operations.
